I finally got around to updating my capwrap kernel module. It now works with the 2.6 kernel (I actually fixed it quite a while ago but just now posted the new version on my web site). AFAIK, no one got around to patching the kernel so that a SUID program could do the same job. My main use of capabilities is to allow a non-root user to start Apache and have it bind to port 80 or 443.

I wrote JSON parser for Python. Perhaps someone will find the module useful.

I guess it was bound to happen. There appears to be many planted reviews of "Fantastic Four" on IMDB. Many reviewers have only reviewed a single movie and give it 10 out of 10. Other reviewers are even more transparent, giving competing movies 1 out of 10. Their reviews read like grade school book reports written after reading the blurb on the back cover.
